Data protection clause for the company's Clients

Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official  Journal of the European Union L 119 of 04.05.2016) please be advised of the following information:

1) your personal data controller is Jarosław Siekierczak „Jarmex”, ul. Bartoszycka 17,
60-434 Poznań;

2) your personal data will be processed for the purpose of contract execution and delivery
of goods in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b)  (processing necessary for the performance
of a contract and delivery) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR);

3) the recipients of your personal data will be limited exclusively to entities authorized
to receive your personal data pursuant to applicable laws including entities executing an order or involved in order execution as well as processors;

4) your personal data will be processed until the termination of processing required under
the contract and for the purpose of business planning, but for no longer than 10 years;

5) you have the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure
of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object
to processing as well as the right to data portability;

6) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority;

7) you provide your personal data on a voluntary basis, however your refusal to submit such data may result in the refusal to enter into a contract and deliver goods.
